While serving on an HOA Board of Directors, Jason learned how much work goes into managing a property — and how little of it regular homeowners actually have in one place. He built a complex spreadsheet for his own home, realized a tool like this should already exist, and turned the spreadsheet into software. That software is now Properteer.
Technical founder, serial entrepreneur, software engineer, and product manager. Jason holds an MBA from Sacramento State and previously moonlighted as a home handyman — which is how he came to care so much about getting home maintenance right.
Andy leads business development at Properteer. With over a decade of experience in the mobile space, he focuses on partnerships and the real estate channels that bring Properteer to more homeowners.
